(d/b/a Microcall), acquired by KT Capital in May 2023, is an industry-leading call accounting software provider headquartered in Georgia that has been in business for over forty years. The assets of Filterworks Georgia were acquired in November of 2019 by KT Capital as an add-on to portfolio company, Filterworks USA.  Filterworks Georgia provides products and services to the collision repair and automobile dealer markets. The company is located in Atlanta, Georgia and operates in Georgia and Northern Florida. The Filterworks Georgia  acquisition expands the footprint of the Filterworks USA Garmat business and allows Filterworks to more efficiently serve the entire Georgia, North and South Carolina and Northern Florida markets.

Trans-Star Automotive Equipment was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on to portfolio company, Filterworks USA, in April 2019. Trans-Star provides products and services to the collision repair and automobile dealer markets. The company is located in Monroe, NC, just outside of Charlotte. The founder, Jeff Bass, has been actively involved in the automotive and collision repair industry for more than 30 years and will continue to run the day to day of Trans-Star. The Trans-Star acquisition expands the footprint of the Filterworks USA business to South and North Carolina and enables the company to better serve this dynamic industry.

Carolina Collision Equipment, LLC was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on to portfolio company, Filterworks USA, in December of 2019. Carolina Collision Equipment LLC is the authorized full-service distributor of Car-O-Liner, Induction Innovations, and Innovative Tools & Technologies products for North and South Carolina. Carolina is run by Larry Brolsma, who was its founding member.  Larry brings over 16 years of collision repair and welding experience as a shop technician and body shop manager and 23 years of experience in equipment sales, service and training. Larry is a significant shareholder in the Filterworks group of companies and runs the Car-O-Liner division.

Seifert Equipment was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on to portfolio company, Filterworks USA, in May 2019. Seifert offers facility design, equipment installation, repair and service for automotive dealer service departments and automotive service businesses. The Company is located in Atlanta, GA and operates throughout the SE United States. The Addition of Seifert Equipment allows Filterworks to offer additional products and services to its market and to reach a more diverse group of Companies throughout its geography.

Moore Equipment Sales, Inc. was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on acquisition for its portfolio company, Filtworks, USA in July 2020.  Located in Ranger, Georgia, Moore is an authorized full-service distributor of a variety of automotive equipment, including Hunter alignment machinery and Rotary car lifts.  The Moore division will continue to be run by its founder, Mickey Moore, who brings unprecedented experience to the equipment market.   Mickey is a significant shareholder in Filterworks and we’re thrilled to have him as part of the FilterWorks team.

Tire Equipment Sales and Service, Inc. was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on acquisition for its portfolio company, Filtworks, USA in October of 2020.  Located in West Palm Beach, FL, TES is an authorized full-service distributor of a variety of automotive equipment, including Hunter alignment machinery and Rotary car lifts.  The TES division will continue to be run by current management and will be augmented by the sales and service representatives of the Florida division of Filterworks.  The TES addition provides a breadth of products and services to the South Automotive Market unparalleled in the region.

ShopTeks Equipment Specialist, Inc was acquired by KT Capital as an add-on to portfolio company, Filterworks USA, in March of 2021. ShopTeks is the authorized full-service distributor of Car-O-Liner and provides the installation and service of commercial paint booths products for Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. ShopTekx is run by Jack Hughes, who was its founding member.  Jack brings over 20 years of collision repair, design, installation, and service experience to the FIlterworks team. Jack will continue to run the ShopTek business for Filterworks.

International Trade Associates (ITA/Sunborn), acquired by KT Capital in June of 2021, is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial window coverings components for manufacturers and finished products window covering for distributors and retailers. ITA has enjoyed sustained growth since its founding in 1986 by Bill Harris. Bill will remain CEO, shareholder and Board of Directors member alongside KT Capital. The expertise brought to the company by KT Capital Partners, coupled with the leadership of Bill Harris will help continue a significant growth trajectory during the coming years.

KT Capital successfully exited Dealer Solutions and Design (DSD) in July of 2023. DSD is the proven leader in fixed operation design, development, equipment specification and installation, and project management to the automotive dealer industry. DSD was acquired by KT Capital in 2021, and during KT’s ownership period, DSD achieved double-digit revenue and earnings growth annually and further established itself as the market leader of fixed operations solutions to automotive dealers. KT Capital Partners successfully exited their majority investment in The Estimating Edge in December of 2021. The Estimating Edge was acquired by KT Capital in 2014. KT Capital Partners acquired Production Solutions Group in December 2008. The Production Solutions Group is an add-on acquisition for platform portfolio company ON Event Services (formerly Tech Rentals). Nashville-based PSG is a regional Rental, Staging and Events Company that also has operations in Memphis, TN and Huntsville, AL. With this acquisition, ON became one of the strongest regional providers in the Southeast United States.

KT Capital Partners acquired ON Event Services (formerly Tech Rentals) in January 2008. Founded in 1985, this portfolio company is a full service audiovisual and staging company that assists meeting and event planners, associations, conventions and tradeshows, the hospitality market, production companies and the corporate community, in Atlanta and across the country.

Prostage is a subsidiary of ON Event Services (formerly Tech Rentals), acquired in early 2013, and located in Orlando, FL. This acquisition allows ON efficient access to the lucrative convention market in Florida.

Staging Directions was acquired as an add-on to KT Capital portfolio company ON Event Services. SDI gives ON additional expertise in the lucrative Music and Entertainment sector of the Audio Visual Services market.

Data Display Audio Visual, or DDAV, was acquired in mid-2015 as an add-on to the ON Event Services platform. DDAV, located in Houston, expands the ON Event geographic footprint into Texas and adds additional expertise to the overall Company in the form of longstanding and highly regarded service to end users in the Oil & Gas industry, with a specific focus on the exhibit and trade show market.
