KT Capital Portfolio Company, ON Event Services, Acquires the Audio-Visual Service Company Staging Directions
The recent acquisition adds to the continued growth of ON Event Services, a full service audio-visual and staging company.
ATLANTA, Ga. – ON Event Services, LLC (ON), a portfolio company of KT Capital Partners, LP (KT Capital), has completed the acquisition of Staging Directions, Inc. (SDI). KT Capital is a middle market oriented private equity firm, which invests in founder and family-owned businesses to assist in their growth. Since this is one of a number of acquisitions performed by KT Capital in the audio-visual industry, the investment firm is proving to be experts in the field.
SDI is an Atlanta based audio-visual rental and staging company, which specializes in the music and entertainment industries. An established company with over 30 years of experience, SDI provides high-end audio, video, lighting design, custom stage elements, and media production.

KT Capital partnered with Triangle Capital of Raleigh, NC and Peachtree Equity of Atlanta, GA to complete the transaction.
